Georgia Cornell has consistently been a top-producing real estate agent in the Montclair/Piedmont area for over 20 years, with over $50 million annual sales volume in recent years. Her production has placed her in the top tier of residential real estate agents.
Born and raised in San Francisco, she studied English at the University of California, Berkeley (BA degree) and Rutgers University (MA degree). She then taught English at San Francisco City College for twelve years. Georgia has lived in the East Bay since 1970, currently residing in Piedmont where she has raised her two sons.
Georgia’s affiliation with Pacific Union Residential Brokerage began in May 1991. She is a luxury-home market specialist and a member of Pacific Union’s Estates Division, comprised of top agents specializing in fine homes. Georgia has developed long-term relationships with her clients – clients who, with their repeat business and referrals of friends and business associates, have enabled her to achieve a production level attained by few in the industry.
In an industry that relies heavily on communication skills, Georgia is distinguished by her background in teaching English composition and literature at the college level. She has built a reputation for thoughtful consideration and deft “people skills.” She approaches your real estate needs from the perspective of a marketing professional who has dedicated her career to listening well, finding the answers, and negotiating the best position for her clients.
